From the Owners of the 700 Club 

Welcome to The American Townhouse Located at 1012 N Rampart Street at the top of the French Quarter in New Orleans, Louisiana. 

With both indoor and outdoor options, our newly renovated event space offers Semi-Private, Private & Full Venue buyout event options. Consider us for your wedding, welcome parties, after parties, Krewe events, corporate events, fundraisers, meetings, Pride events, Drag Shows and so much more. 

The Armstrong Room

Our Armstrong Room features a large balcony overlooking N. Rampart St and Armstrong Park. This upstairs private event space is newly renovated with beautiful hardwood floors and modern light fixtures. The Armstrong room can accommodate up to 100  people reception style.

The COURTYARD

The Courtyard is the perfect place for your guests to gather for an authentic French Quarter experience. Our spacious outdoor space is lush with blooming trees and potted plants. With a separate entrance from both the street and the Armstrong Room, the Courtyard is versatile and perfect for your next event. Ask us about our Crawfish Boils.

FULL BUY OUT

Do you need more space, privacy, and a beautiful French Quarter location? Consider a full buy-out! We can accommodate 500 guests, busses can pull up directly outside our doors (unlike most French Quarter locations), and our space has been designed with your needs in mind. We cannot wait to host you and your guests! 

Please send us an email with your name, pronouns, event type and desired date, approximate guest count, and any other details you'd like to share. We'll get back to you as soon as we can! 

Food & Beverage:

We can provide customizable reception & buffet-style menus, and we also allow outside catering. Ask about our signature cheese & charcuterie boards, featuring seasonal local ingredients in an artful display sure to impress. Banquet-style open bar includes call or premium brand selections and specialty cocktail options.

Venue Rental Rates include:

Day of Venue Manager, appropriate floor staff, low-top tables and chairs, tea light candles for tables & buffet décor, piped in music, 2-hours prior access to space for set-up.
